What are you waiting for? The time is now. This is hands-down the ONE THING that changed my life.

A part of me doesn’t want to tell you how much Transcendental Meditation has impacted my life in a positive way because then you’ll realise that there is in fact, nothing special about me at all. I simply just committed myself to meditating every single day and watched my life DRASTICALLY and RADICALLY improve literally after only 1 week of consistent meditating.

WHY? Because it slowly but surely stripped away my fears and any egotistical behavioural patterns that no longer served me for my highest good. So you could imagine what meditation every single day twice a day for 20 minutes has done to my mind, right? Yes, all those negative weeds… all the lower vibrations…. BYE BYE. Sayonara baby.

Infinite streams of intelligence, creative energy, better decision making, being more present, decreased anxiety when taking big huge business and financial risks, improvement in personal and professional relationships, a higher tolerance & willpower when trying to create new habits (i.e a healthy exercise or eating regime or even quitting smoking) are just SOME of the benefits that you’ll experience almost immediately.

So, I ask you… Why wouldn’t you want to commit yourself to meditating if it meant a drastic improvement in your life personally and professionally? I personally think you’re crazy if you don’t. Yep, I’m a hard preacher of meditation and I don’t give two shits.

We all bang on about wanting to change the world – wanting to create a positive impact, wanting to help lives, wanting to help people find their purpose, wanting to help people in need, the poor, wanting to help people realise how important health is and why taking care of the vessel you live in is so important.

So at the ‘highest level’ – we all want the same things, right? To live in a world were we are all kind to each other, love each other, live happier & healthy lifestyles and are our truest, optimal versions of ourselves.

Well, meditation won’t only help accelerate all of these things into your reality but guess what else it would do? It would actually help with world peace… Now I know I’ve just lost some people here, but hear me out: If every single person started meditating tomorrow, the WORLD WOULD BE A BETTER PLACE and war and murder and fear and anger would reduce DRAMATICALLY. So if you consider yourself a light-worker, or you just want to do your part in leaving a positive dent in the world, why don’t you start with you? Be the change you wish to see in the world.

If we can’t have peace within ourselves how can we expect to see it in the world around us?
